Shipping and Return Policy  gladly accepts orders from Delhi/NCR. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address of your order. If any fault find then you have to return in 6 days. After 6 days it will not acceptable. Return Cost have to bear by customer. Product Condition should be new and return to our store.


To avail a warranty you need to ship the products back to “Kichnam”; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with the recipient/buyer’s country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements, When ordering from the recipient/buyer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination.

Tracking Your Package

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. The shipping method and courier information for your package will be listed in your account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail. Kichnam  will make sure that it will dispatch your package with in the same time frame mentioned under the product purchased. Kichnam will not be responsible for any delay in delivery incurred by the courier service.

Order Cancellation Policy

Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Your Order on the "Confirm and submit" page. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
To attempt to cancel your order during processing:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Find the order on your account Main Page
  3. Click the order number to see the Order Details.

If it is still possible to cancel, you will see an enabled Cancel" button on the Order Details page that you can use to cancel your order. If the "Cancel" button is not enabled, the order is already being shipped and cannot be canceled.
If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with the returns policy.

Order Cancellation from Kichnam -

Kichnam reserves full rights to cancel the orders which are placed because of technical problems, are generated through wrong technical process or typing mistakes. In such case, customer will be approached via phone or email to intimate about his/her problem with the reason for cancellation.
